From its base in the north east of England, Farsi Foods Limited (FFL) is a long established and well respected family owned kebab manufacturer supplying to wholesalers, distributors and a limited number of retail outlets. The company has its origins in December 1988 when the business was founded by Nader Farsi as a takeaway kebab outlet, making kebabs in house.

A strong reputation for product quality soon led to the business being approached by other companies who wished to purchase their kebabs, and accordingly FFL began production for other kebab suppliers, as one of only two manufacturers in the area.

Unique Farsi Taste

Farsi Foods is a producer of fine kebabs made from entirely Halal sourced meat, a traditional combination of beef and chicken which is compacted and mixed together, and then marinated in a blend of different individual spices unique to Farsi, giving the company’s kebabs a highly distinctive and recognisable flavour. Farsi Foods also produces marinated shish kebab and kofta kebab products.

Kebabs are available in a variety of sizes from 10kg up to 35kg, in 5kg increments, with the flexibility to cater to local tastes through a variety of spiced combinations.
